Few things are more fun than growing a new boutique. Yesterday was a REAL HOOT! At the very same instance we had trucks from UPS, FEDEX, AND DHL lined up outside and wating to make our new deliveries, and that on top of those items already delivered by the U.S. Mail.
Sharon and I both have always enjoyed the thrill of receiving parcels in this mail, but this is FAR more exciting. Imagine our excitement as we carefully unpacked and enjoyed the aroma of the finest teas shipped from our tea experts who have spent a lifetime among the tea growers in India, China, Ceylon, and Africa. Then came the unpacking of our order for premium leather purses, overnight bags, wallets and accessory cases. While we enjoyed the smells of the fine new leather, something like being inside a brand new leather appointed car, we were overwhelmingly impressed with the quality.
After carefully checking all incoming orders and being overwhelmingly pleased with everything we had received, as a verification of the efforts we had gone to in finding the best possible items for your enjoyment, we then began even more of the fun part, that of carefully hand blending the all natural potpourries from a huge range of beautiful floral petals, herbs and spices. From our French grown English lavender to our rose petals and tiny rose buds from Pakistan are among the finest the world has to offer. between the leather, teas, and potpourris the, france in the room was simply incredible!
Then came the fun of locating and ordering the best possible preserves, jams, jellies, and chutneys. One can't have a high tea without the best in treats to round out the experience. But, I couldn't wait, so in between I forced myself to relax and enjoy a fresh cup of Formosa Oolong. Oh what we have to do in the name of business.
NOW, don't you think some good chocolates and perhaps some scone and biscuit mixes would enhance this offering?
To assure that other needs were attended, we wrapped up the day in communicating with others we are considering to even further expand upon our line of bath, body, shaving and skin care products. A FULL day!
